About TrueStanding

Good marketing has to start with something true.

Before you can tell a stronger story about a treatment center, you have to understand the treatment center. That sounds obvious. But the internet does not work that way.

Why this exists

The internet does not work that way.

Information gets copied
Listings get old
Programs change
Locations close
Phone numbers move
Other websites describe the same center differently

And now AI can take pieces from all of those places and turn them into a single answer.

Sometimes that answer looks like you. Sometimes it doesn’t.

That is why we built TrueStanding. Before anyone writes another page or buys another listing, there is a more basic question to answer:

What does the outside world actually understand about this organization right now?

What we do

TrueStanding helps treatment providers see that picture, correct it, and tell their own story on it.

We check what 25 places and 3 assistants say about you
We show our sources
We separate what we checked from what a center tells us
We tell you what to fix, and correct every listing if you ask
We interview you, and help you find the story you may not know you have
We build it on the facts and keep it current where people and assistants look
What we believe

We believe a few things.

Providers should know what we found.

The report is free and yours, whether or not you ever hire us.

Uncertainty should look like uncertainty.

If something cannot be confirmed, we say that, and we say where we looked.

Providers should be able to correct the record.

Nobody outside your organization understands your organization perfectly.

Verification and marketing are not the same thing.

Something is not independently checked just because a provider says it is true. And what a provider tells us still matters. The difference should just be clear.

The verified mark can’t be bought.

It shows only while a record is current, approved by a named person at the center, and backed by a license or certification we checked, at its official listing or from the document the authority issued. When any of that lapses, it comes down, whatever anyone has paid.

Who is behind it

The people behind it.

Chris Carberg built TrueStanding and answers when you reply to a report. His background is helping organizations in regulated industries say what is true and be found for it.

Mike, of AddictionHelp.com, has watched how people look for treatment and how providers present themselves for years. A new AddictionHelp.com profile, built from each center’s record, is coming to his site; founding centers see it first.

TrueStanding is a product of Senior Health Group LLC, Chris Carberg’s company, at 3505 Lake Lynda Drive, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32819.

We believe every center has something its people care about deeply, and that almost nobody has asked them the right questions about it. That is the story worth telling. We help a center find it, build it on the facts, and communicate it to people and to the assistants that now answer for them, with the center’s approval on every word.

Where we come from

Built from years of watching people look for help.

TrueStanding grew out of years spent working in behavioral health information, online search and treatment education, including the work behind AddictionHelp.com.

That work gave us a front-row seat to how people look for treatment, how providers present themselves and how quickly everything between them is changing.

AI sped up that change. It did not create the underlying problem. The information about a treatment center has always existed in more places than the treatment center controls. Now those pieces can be put together into answers faster than ever.

We think providers deserve to know what those answers are built from. And good organizations deserve a better chance to be understood for what they actually are.

Get the truth right. Then make sure people can see it.

That is the idea behind TrueStanding. Tell us your center’s name and we show you what the outside world understands about it right now.

Common questions

A plain-language reading of what AI and the public internet say about your center today: what lines up, what doesn’t match, what we’re still checking, and the few questions only you can answer. Every finding says where we looked, and the report ends with what to fix first.
