What we check

6 things, everywhere your center is described.

Your website is what we compare against. The 25 places are everything else an assistant reads before it answers.

Identity

Your legal name, the name people know you by, and your federal provider number (NPI), matched against the federal provider listing.

License

Whether your state license turns up in the state’s lookup, and what it shows. Where a state’s site can’t be searched from here, the report says so.

Phone and address

Every number and address out there for you, and whether they agree with your website.

Locations and levels of care

What each location is said to offer across your site, Google, directories and listings.

Insurance

How your accepted plans are described, and where the descriptions disagree.

AI answers

5 questions a family asks first, put to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Every answer, word for word.

AI reads more than your website. It reads these.

Maps, official listings, directories, review sites and pages nobody at your program wrote. We look for you in 25 places, then ask 3 assistants what they make of it.

What is in the report

8 sections, in plain language, each saying where we looked.

Written so a director can read it out loud in a Monday meeting and an SEO agency can act on it the same afternoon.

1

Where you stand

How many of the 25 places found you, how many agree with your website, and what the assistants get right.

2

What lines up

What is already working for you. The license that shows as active, the address that agrees everywhere.

3

What doesn’t match

The old phone number, the wrong level of care, the address you left years ago, with the page it lives on.

4

What we’re still checking

Places where nothing turned up in search, or that can’t be searched from here. That is different from missing, so the report says which, and if you work with us, we contact those places directly.

5

What we need from you

The few questions only your center can answer, like which of 2 phone numbers is the one to keep.

6

What to fix first

Ranked by what a person hits first: the phone number, the address, the level of care.

7

Where you show up

All 25 places, what each one shows about you, and why it matters.

8

What the assistants said, word for word

Every answer each assistant gave when we asked it, word for word as it answered, with the date we asked. On another day, an assistant may answer differently.

How long it takes

Usually within the hour.

The check happens on its own and the report is emailed the moment it’s ready. If something needs a person’s judgment, such as a program we can’t place with certainty, a person looks first, and it can take up to 2 business days. A person reads every reply and answers.

Who it is for

One report, 3 people who need it.

The owner or director who wants to know where the center stands
The admissions lead who keeps hearing about a number that was disconnected
The marketing team or agency that needs the list, not the lecture

Find out where you stand.

We check, write the report and email it to you, usually within the hour. Read it, ask us anything, decide what to do next.
