What we collect, and what we do with it.

This is a service about treatment programs, not about patients. We read public sources and what you tell us about your organization.

TrueStanding is for treatment programs and behavioral-health providers. The free report reads public pages and listings about your program and asks AI assistants about it. Your record holds what your organization tells us about itself. Please do not send us information about any patient or client, in a form, in your record, in a document or in a reply; if it arrives, we delete it.

Examples on this site. Lakeside Recovery, its people and its numbers are fictional. Nothing on the example report or the example profile is about a real program.

When you ask for a report. Your name, work email, the program's name, city and state, your role, whether it is licensed, an optional website, and which listing you picked. The form offers the listings it finds in a public registry or on Google; the one you pick as yours is what we keep.

The 4 optional questions after you ask. What worries you most about how people find you, what you expect the report to show, who usually handles this at your organization, and what would make the report worth your time. Skip any of them; nothing depends on them.

When you book a demo. Your name, your work email, your center, and, if you add them, a phone number and good times to talk. No IP address is kept with it.

When you ask to work with us. Your center, your email, how many locations, which states if you add them, what you have in mind, and who does your marketing.

When you or a colleague answer the report’s questions. The answers, and the name, work email and role of the person answering. A person at TrueStanding reads every answer. An answer reaches your record only when your center confirms it in its record.

Files you upload. Documents, such as a license or a handbook, are kept privately to support what your record says, and are never published. A photo or other media appears on a page only where you have given the rights to use it and a person with authority at your program has approved that page. Each upload asks you to confirm it holds no patient information. The same file uploaded twice is stored once.

Recorded conversations. A conversation with your center is recorded only with the consent of the people on it, asked before the recording starts. The recording is private to TrueStanding, is never published, and is kept until our work together ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

What we gather on our own. The public pages we read about your program, its listings in registries and directories, and the answers AI assistants give when asked about it. From those we write the findings.

What the free report sends to outside services. The services that write the report receive the program’s details and your answers about the program, never your name, your email or your phone number. Web search and the writing of the findings run on Anthropic’s Claude, which receives the program’s name, city, state and website, what public sources show, the listing you picked under “Is this you?”, your answer about the program’s license, and your answers to the optional questions, so the report can speak to them. The questions about your program go to Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google (Gemini), and to Perplexity when we switch it on; each question names only the program and its location. Google Places, the federal NPI Registry and FindTreatment.gov receive the program’s name or location so we can find its listings. None of them receives your name, your email or your phone number. We do not use your information to train any model.

Who else processes it for us. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your request, your report, your record, your documents and any recording. When the security check is switched on, Cloudflare sees your browser's answer to a challenge, not what you typed. Resend delivers our email and tells us whether a message was delivered or bounced, whether it was opened, and which link in it was clicked; the links in our emails pass through get.truestanding.ai for that count. Nothing else is measured, and none of it is shared. Each service receives only what its part of the work needs.

Who can see what. Your report is a private link: anyone who has it can read it and answer its questions, so share it only with your team. Answers show on the report’s one-page sheet, with the name of the person who answered, so anyone with the link can read them too. Your record and the documents in it are seen by the people at your program who sign in to it and by the TrueStanding people who work on it. Recordings are seen only by TrueStanding. A page is public only after a person with authority at your program approves it, and it shows only what they approved. Nothing is published anywhere, including on AddictionHelp.com, without that approval.

The report link. The link works for 60 days from the day it is sent. After that, reply to any email from us and we send a fresh one.

What we record as you use it. When your request is accepted; when our email was accepted by the mail service and, where it tells us, delivered or bounced; when the report page is opened and which of its sections are read; when you press one of its buttons, such as Share; when you sign in; and when a colleague answers from the report. We keep this so a person can follow up and so we can see where the service fails. To stop abuse, we also count how often a network address sends a form; that count holds nothing you typed and expires on its own within a few hours. A form our hidden field catches is kept for 30 days so a person can tell a script from an autofilled browser; it is never emailed. We do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies. One sign-in cookie when you open your record, and none before that. No advertising cookies.

Sharing. Your information goes only to the services named on this page, for the work described on it. We do not sell it and we do not give it to advertisers.

Keeping and deleting. Requests, reports and records stay until you ask us to delete them. Ask by replying to any email from us, and we delete your request, the report, your record, your documents, your answers, any recording and the notes we took. If a page was published, we take it down; we keep the record of what was published and when, because that history is how a published page stays honest. We also keep a one-line note that the deletion was done and when, with nothing else in it.

Questions about any of this: reply to any email from us, or read the terms.

This page is published by Senior Health Group LLC, the company behind TrueStanding, 3505 Lake Lynda Drive, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32819. Chris Carberg is responsible for keeping it accurate to what the product does; the date at the top changes when the text does. When counsel completes a review, the date of that review appears here.

Common questions

A plain-language reading of what AI and the public internet say about your center today: what lines up, what doesn’t match, what we’re still checking, and the few questions only you can answer. Every finding says where we looked, and the report ends with what to fix first.
