Free · Built from public sources · Published only when you approveThe free report is a reading of public information and AI answers on one day. It is not legal, clinical or licensing advice.
TrueStanding reports what public sources and AI assistants appeared to say about a program when we checked, and what did and did not line up. Sources change and assistants change their answers. A finding is where to look, not a verdict.
Who this is for. Treatment programs and behavioral-health providers, and the people who work for them. By asking for a report, a demo or to work with us, you confirm that you work for, or act for, the program you name, and that you may receive information about it at the email you give.
The free report. It is free, prepared from public sources, and emailed to you as a private link. It usually arrives within the hour; if something needs a person’s judgment, it can take up to 2 business days. Share the link with people at your program; anyone who has it can read the report and answer from it. Please do not present our findings as statements about other organizations, and do not remove the sources.
What happens next. Reply to the report email and a person at TrueStanding answers. The buttons on the report start a conversation and, when you ask, a sign-in to your record; they do not buy anything and do not publish anything.
Your record. What you enter is yours and you are responsible for its accuracy. We label how we know each fact, and nothing is marked confirmed until a person has checked an official source. Nothing is published, on TrueStanding or on AddictionHelp.com, without approval from a person with authority at your program. Withdraw your approval at any time and we take your TrueStanding pages down the same business day, and ask AddictionHelp.com to take its profile down the same day.
The examples on this site. Lakeside Recovery is fictional. The example report and the example AddictionHelp profile show what the service produces and what an approved record could look like. They are not a promise that any listing, directory, search engine or AI assistant will show a particular thing, and they do not mean a profile is created for you automatically.
Paid services. Correcting listings, keeping your record current, and presenting it on AddictionHelp.com are paid services described in a separate agreement, written in plain language. Each is quoted from your report, as a flat fee for the story work or a monthly fee for keeping the record current, and starts only when you accept the quote. Nothing on this site commits you to them, and no charge follows from asking for a report.
The verified mark. It is not for sale and is not part of any paid service. It shows only while a record is current, approved by a named person at the program, and backed by a license or certification we checked, at its official listing or from the document the authority issued. When any of that lapses, it comes down; no payment keeps it up or puts it back.
Our limits. We do not control search engines, directories or AI assistants and cannot promise what they will show. We promise the work: checking sources, keeping your record accurate and current, and putting it where it can be read.
No patient information. Do not send us information about patients or clients, in a form, in your record, in a document or by reply. We do not ask for it, we are not set up to hold it, and we delete it if it arrives.
Deleting. Ask us at any time by replying to any email from us, and we delete your request, the report, your record, your documents, your answers and any recording. If a page was published, we take it down and keep the record of what was published and when. The privacy page says exactly what is kept and why.
Changes. When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top.
This page is published by Senior Health Group LLC, the company behind TrueStanding, 3505 Lake Lynda Drive, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32819. Chris Carberg is responsible for keeping it accurate to what the product does. When counsel completes a review, the date appears here.
We check, write the report and email it to you, usually within the hour. Read it, ask us anything, decide what to do next.
A plain-language reading of what AI and the public internet say about your center today: what lines up, what doesn’t match, what we’re still checking, and the few questions only you can answer. Every finding says where we looked, and the report ends with what to fix first.
Your report usually arrives within the hour. If something needs a person’s judgment, a person looks first, and it can take up to 2 business days. A person reads every reply and answers.
Keep your agency. SEO makes your website rank; we check whether the rest of the internet agrees with your website, and we hand you the list. Your agency can act on the report the same afternoon.
We work from what is already public: your website as the world sees it, the listings, and the assistants’ answers. From you we need your center’s name, city and state, your name, your work email, your role, and whether the program is licensed. The report is about your center as a business.
The report is free and yours, whether or not you go further. Fixing the listings yourself is free: the report is the list. Working with us means we interview you, build your story on the facts and correct every listing the report found wrong, for a flat fee quoted from your report. Telling your story where people and assistants look, with the new AddictionHelp.com profile built from your record, and keeping it current is Upkeep. From $99 a month, shaped to your center. You see the number before anything starts. The verified mark depends on the record, paid or not. The first 10 centers pay nothing: see the founding offer.
Yes. 1 location, 5 locations, or a center that opened last month: it is the same 25-place check, one report per center. A brand-new center mostly learns which places have no listing yet, which is the list to work from.
The same team built both. AddictionHelp.com is where people look for help. TrueStanding is where a center’s record gets checked and corrected, and its story told. A profile there is one of the places your story can be told. The report and the story stand on their own, and the verified mark on the profile depends on the record, paid or not.
