What Story includes. The interview: we interview the people who run your center, with questions built to find the story you may not know you have. Your record: your story and your facts in one place that people and assistants can both read. The corrections: for every listing the report found wrong, a correction filed and followed up, each one sent to you before it is filed. The second report: when the work is done we check all 25 places again and send it to you.
What Upkeep includes. Your TrueStanding page, kept current as things change. The AddictionHelp.com profile built from your record, once it is live on AddictionHelp.com. The yearly re-check: on a date we agree, and at least once a year, a person checks all 25 places again and tells you what changed.
Price. Story is a flat fee, quoted from your report. Upkeep starts at $99 a month, shaped to your center; the exact figure is in your quote. Each price comes to you in writing before anything starts.
Start. Work starts on your written yes to the quote; a reply to the email is enough.
Term and ending. Story ends when the second report reaches you. Upkeep is month to month from $99, shaped to your center, and it ends when you say so. Withdraw your approval at any time and your TrueStanding pages come down the same business day; we ask AddictionHelp.com to take its profile down the same day.
What stays yours. The report and the list in it, your story, and your record, which you can download from your workspace at any time, whether or not we are still working together.
Our promises. Your page and your profile go up only after a named person at your center approves them, word for word. We work from public sources and from what your center tells us about itself. We ask for nothing about any patient or client, and anything of that kind that reaches us is deleted. Every correction is sent to you before it is filed.
What is outside our hands. What any assistant, search engine or directory does with your record is theirs to decide, and so are rankings and admissions. We promise the work: the interview, the record, the corrections, the page, the profile and the re-check.
Founding centers. The first 10 centers get everything a paying center gets, free for the first year. After that, Upkeep is quoted like anyone else’s, from $99 a month, shaped to your center, and it ends when you say so.
