What is the paid work?
Fixing the listings yourself is free: the report is the list. Working with us means we interview you, build your story on the facts and correct every listing the report found wrong, for a flat fee quoted from your report. Your TrueStanding page is free once you approve it; keeping it current is what Upkeep pays for.
Why isn’t there a full price list?
Because centers differ. 1 location with 3 wrong listings is a different job from 4 locations with 20. The report tells us the size of the job, and the quote comes from that: a flat fee for Story, and for Upkeep a monthly figure that starts at $99 and is shaped to your center. You see the number before anything starts.
What if I stop at the free report?
Then you have the report and the list, and you keep both whether or not you ever hire us. The list is enough to fix the listings yourself.
What does the verified mark depend on?
3 things: a current record, approval from a named person at your center, and a license or certification we checked, at its official listing or from the document the authority issued. If any of that lapses, the mark comes down on its own. Only the record holds it up, and only the record brings it back.
Is there a contract?
Story is one project, priced from your report. Upkeep is month to month from $99, shaped to your center, and it ends when you say so. The services agreement says what each includes, in plain language, and a W-9 is yours on request.
